Encore Minneapolis
Welcome to the Twin Cities Metro Area Encore Team!
The Minneapolis Encore Team was launched on May 18, 2005 with 24 former volunteers from around the Twin Cities area sharing their ideas and energy! Since that time, the group has continued to expand its reach. Their goals are to increase Encore participation, promote the Global Volunteers experience at local events, and recruit additional volunteers to participate on service programs. The mission of the Global Volunteers Twin Cities Encore Team is:
- To encourage, educate, and support local people to join a Global Volunteers experience
- To leverage the diverse talents, positive energy and heartfelt passions of returning volunteers
- To provide a forum for returning volunteers to unite and interact
Meeting Information:
Regular meetings occur at a number of locations in the Twin Cities metro area.
