Nancy Graham, Finance Volunteer: Nancy help us stay current on tax letters and state registrations. She retired from Ameriprise Financial Services after19 years in various technology positions and 13 years in Internal Audit, most recently as Audit Director. Prior to Ameriprise, Nancy worked as a private psychologist, and volunteered on our Italy Service Program in 2007.

Peter Erpenbach, Finance Volunteer: Peter completes our monthly bank reconciliations, processes country manager compensation, and updates monthly currency worksheets. He is an Insurance and Reinsurance operations and accounting leader with over 20 years this very specialized field, most recently as a Vice President for Operations. Peter served in Costa Rica in 2008.

Jill Schoenfelder, Marketing Volunteer: Jill helps complete communications and public outreach projects, and recently scanned archive slides and photos for Global Volunteers' 25th Anniversary web site. She also helped compile two decades of data from project outcome reports for our Millennium Development Goals reports. Jill is an independent travel designer in the Twin Cities specializing in group, romance and small business travel and cruises.

Diane Larson, Media Relations Volunteer: Diane helps organize volunteer press releases and research media and advertising distribution. She earned her BA in English at Macalester College and MILS (Masters in Library Science) at The College of St. Catherine. She has been employed as a research librarian for the Carlson Companies, print project manager at Target Corporation and senior print buyer for the Star Tribune newspaper.

Famatta helps us process volunteer applications and checks receipts on budget returns. She earned a BBA in Finance at Concordia University, graduating in 2007. Her prior experience includes working as an Accounts Receivable/Data Entry Associate at Ecolab and working as a Proof Operator/Teller for US Bank.

JJ Jouppi - Finance Volunteer:
JJ helps process volunteer applications and payments. He graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 1999 and worked as a Legislative Assistant for the MN House of Representatives and also as a Field Director for Congressman Bill Luther. JJ most recently was Executive Director for the Minnesota State University Student Association.

Erica Ledesma - Program Volunteer:
Erica assists the Operations Department with general tasks and special projects, including service program preparation and evaluation. She has a Master's Degree in Educational Policy and Administration; Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and is fluent in Spanish. Erica strives to provide all types of learners to serve across cultures.
