Don Szurek, MIS Director: Don brings over 20 years of his experience in management of high tech companies to Global Volunteers. He combines his extensive background in process reengineering and in the technology field. He also works with all employees to integrate new technology into their processes while improving efficiency and service to our volunteers.

Shirliana Glassberg, Webmaster:
Shirliana is responsible for developing and maintaining the Global Volunteers' website. She also handles much of our graphic work since she has a strong background in, and love of, photography. Shirliana has been with Global Volunteers since 2000. She has a B.S. degree in communications. Before coming to Global Volunteers, Shirliana worked for a cutting-edge internet company that produced 3-D web graphics. |

Jake Philbrook, Information Systems Technician: Jake helps to accurately assess and resolve technological needs and problems within the U.S. office and at all our international staff locations. Focusing on hardware deployment and support, he is responsible for maintaining the day-to day operation of Global Volunteer's vital information systems, and initiates creative multimedia content featuring video footage of volunteers in the field and at home. |
