Susan Goll,Director of Volunteer Coordination: Susan manages our Volunteer Coordination department. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a background in Adult Education and the Travel business. Susan has served in Tutova, Romania, and spent six months volunteering in Africa. She has also traveled extensively throughout the USA, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Central and Latin America, and China.

Julie Costa, Volunteer Manager: Since 1994, Julie has responded to prospective and Encore volunteer requests, questions and recommendations, and monitored service program developments. Julie has a Bachelor's Degree in Media Communications and Marketing, and has worked in specialized reporting, writing, event coordination and public relations positions.

Katy Heskett Gibbs, Volunteer Manager: Katy enjoys working on the phone and by email to assist volunteers in selecting service opportunities. She has Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Journalism, and studied abroad in England. Katie has a background of volunteering beginning in childhood. She has served on Global Volunteers service programs in India, Montana, Romania and Brazil.
