Tanya Battista Crespo:Volunteer Coordinator:
Tanya works with volunteers for all of our service programs.Her background is in International Relations, Spanish and she has taught English abroad. Tanya is also our Child Sponsorship Program Manager. She has served on our programs in China, India, Jamaica, Brazil, Ecuador, and Minnesota. Amy Torgrimson, Volunteer Coordinator:
Amy assists volunteers interested in any of our programs to find the right fit. She has a degree in Global Studies, with a focus on Africa, from the University of Minnesota. Amy's dream of traveling became a reality in high school with summer exchange in France. In college, she studied for a year in Kenya and has since traveled throughout Europe, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.

Stacey Chase, Volunteer Coordinator: Stacey works with volunteers interested in all of our programs. She has a Masters degree in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota. Stacey studied abroad in Valladolid, Spain and has traveled in Mexico, Costa Rica and throughout Europe.

Julia Shawky, Volunteer Coordinator: Julia works with volunteers interested in any of our programs. She has a BS in Political Science from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN. She has traveled throughout the world and lived and volunteered in Romania. She speaks Romanian and Spanish and some Russian, German, French, Italian and Latin and is learning Egyptian Arabic.
