We know that as meaningful as your service work is in the host community, it's the person-to-person connections that live on in your heart. For that reason, we especially value volunteers' reflections and first-person stories that tell of the new friendships, understandings, and perspectives you gain.

One of the greatest contributions you can make here is to share your stories with other volunteers. You don't need to be an experienced writer; we provide and outline to get you started.  And, our media staff can work with you to "polish" your story to submit to local or national media!
