A Great Day of Teaching

Journal: We started our Wednesday morning with teaching (Meghan at the secondary school again and Aidan and Deborah still working hard at the primary school). The students really seem to be getting to know us. I love to hear them call out to me “Good morning, Meg! How are you?” After I finished with teaching reading comprehension and reading techniquest to the Form II English class, we enjoyed a lunch of spaghetti and potatoes. We spent the afternoon working on the library with Moses – we’re making great progress and it’s looking beautiful! I’m excited to see how much we get done with the nine new volunteers! We went to the football ground for a volleyball match between the Form III and Form V students, and I was the referee! It was a very fun and exciting day and we can’t wait to see what tomorrow has in store!
