Step 2: Give the Gift of Impact

Along with the postcard, we’ll follow up with an email, offering them a special discount: $200 off their first international service program (or $50 off USA programs). It’s a meaningful gift they won’t forget!

Step 3: Earn Rewards for Yourself

For every person you refer who volunteers, you’ll receive a $100 credit towards your next service program. Plus, there’s no limit to the number of people you can refer or the rewards you can earn!

“I was interested in volunteering abroad, and when I talked with one of my long-time friends, Tom McMahon, about his experience with Global Volunteers, that triggered my decision to join a program. I am grateful for his guidance, tips, and feedback. He talked highly about every experience he had with Global Volunteers and was overly satisfied with every aspect. My daughter and I decided to serve in Peru both for the opportunity to work with the children at Sagrada Familia, based on his recommendation, as well as to visit world-renowned sites.”

“From the moment I heard from an acquaintance about having volunteered with you at the Blackfeet Reservation, I decided I must go. Once I was there myself, with my two daughters, and began meeting members of the community, I experienced the trust that Global Volunteers had engendered with them. I had the benefit that as strangers, we were trusted, and believed that our intentions were good, even if our execution of the tasks at hand was often less than perfect. I knew this was something so precious that needed to be protected and preserved.”

“The work that Global Volunteers is doing in all countries that I visited is amazing. It is up to the hands of the people who served with the organization to continue its mission, promote good will and the respect of other cultures, while also learning from each other.”
