The Mary Richey – Global Volunteers Fund
The Mary Richey – Global Volunteers Fund is intended to help volunteers who wish to support Global Volunteers’ work and mission through service. About 10 years ago, Paula and Walt Richey started providing scholarships for high school students to serve on Global Volunteers service programs. Those scholarships have not only made a difference in the lives of the students who received them but also made a difference in those communities the where students served.
Through the Mary Richey – Global Volunteers Fund, Paula and Walt Richey hope to continue and expand their focus on inspiring the next generation of Global Volunteers to set off on a path to give, mentor, and service that will last many lifetimes.
