Support Ukrainian Refugees in Poland
Ukrainian families who fled their homes need moral as well as material support. The psychological stress on refugee families is enormous, but you can help.
Global Volunteers is uniquely positioned at this critical time to match your compassionate generosity with our long-standing Polish community partner, the Government of Siedlce County, which urgently needs assistance.
Your gift is needed to provide relief and psycho-social support to women and children fleeing Ukraine. Your donation will be used to purchase and distribute food, clothing, hygiene kits, and school supplies; services such as mental health therapy, childcare, and photos for Polish ID cards; and opportunities for families to escape mental anguish by enjoying special evenings and field trips.
These materials and services are managed by county and township governments and provided directly to Ukrainian families who have settled in the region where Global Volunteers works. Needs in the community are evolving daily, so we rely on our community partners in Siedlce to let us know how donations will best support families.
