Haran Ngede, Tanzania Country Manager: Haran has served as Tanzania country manager since 2002. He has studied at Mzumbe Morogoro region Eastern Tanzania and for two more years at the National Service Course, Lake Victoria Region. Mohamed Kassim, Tanzania Consultant: Before Mohamd joined our staff, we was a guide at the State Travel Service, a park ranger at Ngorogoro Conservation Authority Area and a conservation education specialist. Carl Granger, Mexico Country Manager: Carl is a Canadian national, and leads Global Volunteers teams in both our host communities. He's been living in the Queretaro area for the past five years managing the local office Global Education Consultants, an NGO. He also is a French professor at the Universidad Tecnologica de Queretaro, one of our host universities in Mexico.

Benjamin Tamatey, Ghana Country Manager: Benjamin joined Global Volunteers staff in 2007 as a consultant, then became country manager. He has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Ghana and has worked on USAID funded educational projects using Participatory Learning and Action techniques. He also worked as a newscaster for KINGS Radio in Ghana.

Nia Salas, Costa Rica Country Manager: Nia is a native Costa Rican and world traveler. She has an MBA and Bachelors Degree in Administration from the University of Costa Rica. She also studied marketing communication at the Institute Francais in Paris, France, Besides Spanish, she's fluent in English and French.

Debbie Futter Puati, Cook Islands Country Manager: Debbie was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to the Cook Islands with her family in 2002 so that their children would be exposed to their Cook Islands heritage. Before joining Global Volunteers staff, she worked for the Cook Islands Ministry of Education as the Health and Physical Well-being curriculum developer.
