Work with elders teaching English or computer literacy, playing games, making crafts, offering physical therapy, or assisting with personal grooming. There are many seniors who greatly appreciate and benefit from planned activities, one-on-one conversations and meaningful engagement. Sometimes, you can join seniors on day-trips to a museum, park, and stores, or help prepare and serve meals.
