Volunteer Opportunity in Havana!

After offering programs in central Cuba for four years, we’ve added an exciting volunteer opportunity in Havana.  Join one of our early teams serving in Havana for one or two weeks and learn about this vibrant, legendary city in a decidedly non-tourist way!

Havana Program Itinerary

Volunteers are scheduled every month to tutor conversational English to youth and young adults, assist a local women’s sewing and knitting group, help upgrade community buildings, and engage seniors through conversational English lessons, games, and physical therapy activities.

Work on humanitarian projects, support the Cuban people, participate in meaningful educational exchanges, and enjoy Havana culture and hospitality – in one or two weeks.

Unlike Other Havana Options…

The tax-deductible fee includes: lodging in historic Old Havana in casa particulars (B&Bs), authentic Cuban cuisine, in-country transportation, emergency evacuation insurance, and an experienced team leader. For an additional amount, we’ll arrange meaningful educational exchanges on the weekend, or you can make your own weekend arrangements pursuant to US federal law.
