My Goals Accomplished!

Today I was delighted to spend a third session with one of the High School Students.  After the usual greeting, we opened the workbook to practice English, role playing, and pronunciation, which is the usual class work.  After reading and working with the formal work plan for a few minutes, I realized she completely understood and did comprehend the class work.

At that point, giving her credit for being so bright and poised for her age, she began a conversation with me of her everyday life, her friends and her future goals in well spoken English with great ease, and we were actually talking to each other in “the role of ourselves.”

We talked and laughed and I could take great pleasure in her candid and friendly conversation, which certainly met my goals for this trip!  Thank you…..

Shirley.
